WARNING LIGHT as prevention for operation table

How to Keep David Letterman (and yourself) Off the Operating Table - Vegsource.com
Dr. Kozura's thoughts:

This is a good article and points to a not much talked about point 'i.e. 'bigger picture' and that we really are not willing to give up our habits even if it kills us. There is the margin of people that do and will make a difference in their life but the people that can't think outside the box still remains to be the 98% that will get diseased eating their low quality food. I continue to have to pick up the pieces of this in my practice and be unconditional about what people consider is the unconscious right thing to do. When was it forgotten to tell the kids who become adults to suppress the warning light about what's good for you. It takes just eating high sugar candies to feel the warning light go off. I know it went off for me as a kid. I didn't and don't always listen to it now but this warning light is still present. I remember feeling sick to my stomach from eating wheat spaghetti as a child and feeling so unconfortable at 10 am after eating a bowl of cereal and milk in the morning with terrible gas pains that it took me away from concentrating on the teacher. I don't get that now when I eat rice pasta or quinoa. I would feel sick and sometimes want to throw up but especially the bloating and gas especially with wheat and diary. I still want people to listen to their body after they eat. Does it make them feel energized or sick? When I ate a big mac I felt tired, uncomfortable and out of my body. I couldn't concentrate but forced myself to because I had studying to do in college. I was on edge and sometimes like Morgan Spurlock in 'Supersize Me' frankly angry for no apparent reason. This happened even as a started to clean up my diet in Federal Way, WA when I was living there, when I use to eat out I use to feel sick, frustrated and then eventually getting depressed. All when I use to eat taco bell, supposedly better for me than burger king or some fried food place. I felt uncontrolled emotions. Now I am more calm and more present but I also don’t know if its because of learning more about life or not. Still the warning light is being fined tuned for me. Eating a lot of simple sugar instead of sugars from whole foods like a pear still sets it off saying wait this isn't good for me. I also have results of the Carroll testing to tell me to not combine sugar and fruit in the same 8 hour period as well. When I do this I don't get gas. I am cutting a lot of my simple sugars out. Always on the path of what is good for me. This is why I want to teach people about the warning light. Vegans and meat eaters are still going to go to the operating table if we don't listen to what really feels good for the body. There is no right way to eat but the veg source people are having to go way out to the edges of what people think as 'normal' to push people to really think about how much veggies they are not getting in their diet and also to just make a change for the current system of edible food like substances to real whole food.

What is one warning light you don't listen to that you are willing to?

Biopuncture News Snippet

Biopuncture video - this story give a little insight into therapy I perform.

Although there is a dose of skeptcism in the story it is great to have this news get to the news stations. I have also had many great results from starting to perform these injections on people.

I usually have the injection procedure covered with insurance companies and then patients pay for medication.

If you friends family are not healing from some injury even after corticosteroids and NSAIDs (Tylenol, Ibuprophen, Advil) then have the talk to me about help.

Of course I look at the underlying cause and many people who can't stop the pain can't stop the inflammation. Figuring out what is causing the increased inflammation is my goal. A couple big problems are a lack of vitamin D that is functional for that individuals body. Another is the person never figured out what there food sensitivity or allergy is.
