A Delicate Balance:

This a great film and I also critique it by saying that it misses parts of the story: The foods for each person can either be healing or disease provoking. It is each individuals best interest to find out which foods work for them. Then choose how they can help or hinder the world by eating the foods they eat. This comes down to survival of the fittest. I know that some people can eat anything and live many years. BUT we don't know if we are passing down genes that are going to make our children weaker (genetically). There is a mouse or Rat study out of WAZZU that states that if these animals keep on eating nutrient deficient genetically modified food within 3 generations the progeny weren't healthy enough to reproduce. (I will look for the reference to this) This could have humans end up not withstanding stresses of the environment and food, eventually dying before they reach ability to reproduce. Without us the world will be fine, but I think we want to be a species that still is on the earth ALONG with it being a healthy earth to live on.
Additionally over 70% of people have gluten intolerance. Even more have food sensitivity, so the cholesterol story is not complete without saying the inflammation story around cholesterol. If you don't tell people there is some information that foods causing inflammation then they will just continue to eat what's unhealthy. Inflammation in the body is patched with cholesterol. Cholesterol will not normalize if there is still a small amount of inflammation going on in the body. So animal meats absolutely have to do with inflammation but make sure to include your food sensitivity as well.
