We are going to have some of my favorite people at this open house and some good treats.

I have gotten some of her foods delivered to my house personally and they were delicious vegan goodness. She say's she is going to cook up some delicious morsels.

Ross Meyer: A trainer I have worked with and send people to will all be there. He works at Studio 122: Talk to him about your movement exercise needs and he is a great coach too.
